Welcome to UF STARS!

The UF Space Tracking and Reporting System (UF STARS) is designed to track all physical facilities for the University of Florida. The system tracks space at a site, building and room level. Various information is collected for state reporting purposes as well as University needs.

Customized reports using any and all of the facilities data are available including reports regarding basic facility information, and even room occupancy, grant allocations and port availability are readily available from the system.

UF STARS ties data from various sources into one easy to use, portal providing any and all necessary information relating to space at the user’s fingertips. Project management, asset management, occupancy, grant, network port and work order information can all be viewed from directly within the UF STARS system. The system is designed for easy integration with other campus systems as they become available.

How to Get Access

To access the UF STARS system you will need to have the UF_N_FPC_STARS_VIEW role assigned to you by your Department Security Administrator (DSA) using the PeopleSoft Access Request System. Once this role has been implemented you will be able to login to UF STARS.
